Survey Reveals the Top-Rated Tech CEOs Who Create Inclusive Cultures for All / Digital Information World

The current events in the world that raised the issues of racial diversity and gender inequality have led to incorporate diversity and inclusion of all races, castes, and creeds into all businesses. Recently, Comparably, the workplace culture and compensation monitoring platform conducted an anonymous survey for feedback from non-White employees from around 60,000 companies in the USA. The survey highlights the best-rated CEOs for the Diversity list, and 11 CEOs of color made to the top ranks in the list of the year 2020. In 2019, only 9 CEOs of color had made it to the top ranks, while in 2018, the number was even less with four people who had made it to the top-ranking list.

The CEO of color and mixed racial background who topped the list of Tech CEOs is Satya Nadella from Microsoft. Sundar Pichai from Google is on the third rank, while Eric Yuan from Zoom Video Communications is on the fourth spot.

Sid Sijbrandij from GitLab is on the seventh position, Apple’s Tim Cook is on number eight, and Shantanu Narayen from Adobe managed to grasp the twelfth spot.

Another list that was issued by Comparably is for the category of Best Women CEOs. This survey was in respect of the #TimesUp movement which took place in 2018, and which highlighted the inequality and under-representation that women used to face in workplaces. They also complained of lesser pays in comparison to their male colleagues, and the barriers that used to come in the way of their career growth and advancement which made it difficult for women of caliber to get to the leadership roles even in this day and time.

So, Comparably analyzed from the anonymous survey feedback from millions of women working in more than 60,000 companies in the US alone, and much to the delight and surprise of people, the CEO who topped the list is a woman for the first time, named Annette Brüls from Medela.

The Tech CEOs who cracked up the top 50’s list include Eric Yuan on the second spot, Brian Halligan from HubSpot on the third rank, Mark Zuckerberg from Facebook on the fourth spot, Amazon’s Jeff Bezos on number five, Satya Nadella on number nine, Sundar Pichai on number thirteen, Jeff Weiner from LinkedIn on the twenty-first position, and LogMeIn’s William Wagner on the fifty-eth position.
